Conditional Licence to Link

Bar Select Limited ('Bar Select'), grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to hyperlink ("Link") your web site to Bar Select's web site, and/or use Bar Select's Web Link Logo ("Link Logo") as part of your web site subject to these terms. These terms give you no rights to any intellectual property of Bar Select, other than as expressly stated here. For the avoidance of doubt, the Link Logo appears below:
   
   
2. If you wish to use the Link or the Link Logo, please include the following notice on any web page you create that includes the Link or the Link Logo: "Bar Select and the Bar Select Logo are licensed trade marks of Bar Select".
3. You may only use the Link Logo. No other Bar Select logo obtained from Bar Select's web site or any other Bar Select or non-Bar Select source may be used.
4. You may not present Bar Select, its intellectual property or any of its products or services in any way that is false, inaccurate, libellous, or out-of-date , nor may you use the name "Bar Select", the Link, and/or the Link Logo in any way that, in Bar Select's sole judgement may diminish or damage the goodwill in Bar Select's name or Link Logo, or place them in any context which may have that effect.

Warranty of Your Website Content

5. You warrant that in using the Link and/or the Link Logo on your website, your website does not contain any material that is offensive, defamatory, illegal, unlawful or in breach of anyone's intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify (reimbursing all liabilities, costs and expenses actually incurred) Bar Select against any costs, claims, liabilities or expenses arising out of breach of this warranty and to keep Bar Select so indemnified at all times.

No Right to Alter Link Logo

6. You may not alter the appearance of the Link Logo. [The Link Logo must stand by itself and must include a minimum amount of 30 pixels of empty space around it so as to avoid unintended associations with any other objects including, but not limited to, type, photography, borders, and edges.] You may not use the Link Logo as a feature or design element of any other logo. You may not create a browser, frame or border environment around Bar Select content. The Link may not be to any page(s) of the Bar Select web site other than the home page.
7. You may not use the name "Bar Select", the Link, and/or the Link Logo in any manner that implies Bar Select sponsorship or endorsement of your products, services, and/or web site. You may not misrepresent your relationship with Bar Select.

8. You may not display the name "Bar Select", the Link, and/or the Link Logo more prominently than your company, product, web site name, or logo.

Right to Withdraw Website

9. Bar Select Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Bar Select website and any part of it at any time at its sole discretion. Bar Select makes no warranty, whether express or implied, about any statements on Bar Select's web site and/or the products/services mentioned on it. Bar Select is not be liable for any damages or other losses of any type whatsoever incurred by you in connection with the use of the Link or the Link Logo (other than in respect of death or personal injury).

Indemnity

10. You agree to indemnify (reimbursing all liabilities, costs and expenses actually incurred) Bar Select, its officers, and employees against any costs, claims, liabilities or expenses arising out of your use of the name "Bar Select", the Link, and/or the Link Logo and to keep them so indemnified at all times.

Right to Cancel Licence at Any Time

11. Bar Select may (at any time and its absolute discretion) require you to discontinue your use of the name "Bar Select", the Link, and/or the Link Logo in which case you must do so immediately.

Right to Amend Terms

12. Bar Select may revise these terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current terms because such changes will be binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms may be superseded by legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this website.

13. The Bar Select privacy policy applies to all users sending personal information to us via this website or by email.

Applicable laws

14. These terms are governed and construed in accordance with by the laws of England. If any of the terms is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
